We will be training in Springdale on Thursday, 7/16/15. Warm Up will be from Woodruff to the steps in the cemetery and then we will start at the steps for the meat of our workout at 6pm.
Our long run will be Sunday starting at 7am at the Fondulac Admin building. Goal for this long run is 8 to 10 miles. We will have water at the start /finish, at approximately 2 miles out and 4 miles out.
