Volunteers Needed:

Volunteers are needed for the finish line at the Rocket Run 5K on Saturday, July 18. Race time is 7:30 am, and starts/finishes at Limestone High School. If interested, please contact Terry Whitehead (681-6272, terry.whitehead@ars.usda.gov ) or Pat O'Bryan (681-6277, pat.obryan@ars.usda.gov ).

Monday night was the season finale for our IVS Kids Running Series, held on the Proctor Hospital fitness path. We had 220 young runners come out for our last run, accompanied by parents and lots of grandparents - an awesome night for all.

Thanks to Jennifer Klobnak & family for helping keep our series running strong, our loyal crew of volunteers and, of course, Proctor Hospital for the wonderful cookies and juice they provide for us each week.

We will do it all over again starting in May, 2010. See you there!
