We are pleased that you are visiting the website of the Illinois Valley Striders (IVS) running club. The purpose of this site is to encourage you to become a member of IVS.  If you are already a club member, we hope this site will serve your needs and interests.   The site will be updated frequently to compel you to return often.  Feel free to email us with suggested events and/or topics that you believe should be posted on this site by clicking "Contact us" at the top of the page.
